HLTA – Numeracy Intervention
Salary - £90-£110 per day depending on experience
Start Date – Immediate
Torbay

Have you worked with students from a range of backgrounds to support them with their education?
Do you want to work in a school that develops well rounded adults through encouragement?
TeacherActive is proud to be working with a supportive secondary school in the Torbay area. We are looking for an experienced HLTA / Higher Level Teaching Assistant who is able to run interventions for numeracy. The successful HLTA / Higher Level Teaching Assistant will need to have:
An interest in how children learn and behave
The ability to run numeracy interventions on a 1:1 basis and within small groups
At least 6 months experience working with children in a secondary school setting
Experience with a range of SEND, including Autism, ADHD or severe learning difficulties
The ability to build strong working relationships with the students in their care
