Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - KS2
Location: Rushden, Northamptonshire - NN1
Contract Type: Full-time, Term-time only

The Role:
As a HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting both teachers and students. Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering learning activities to whole classes or groups of children in the absence of the class teacher.
Supporting the planning and preparation of lessons, as well as contributing to the assessment and tracking of pupil progress.
Working closely with teachers to support individual students or small groups, including those with additional needs, to ensure they make progress.
Providing pastoral care and supporting the social and emotional development of pupils.
Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all children.About You:
We are looking for someone who:
Holds a recognised HLTA qualification or equivalent.
Has previous experience working in a primary or junior school setting.
Demonstrates a strong understanding of the national curriculum and strategies to support pupil progress.
Is able to manage and support the learning of whole classes, groups, or individuals.
Has excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
