Permanent Teacher of History - Thrive in a Supportive Team at an Outstanding Southampton School (History Department)
An outstanding school in Southampton is seeking a collaborative and enthusiastic Permanent Teacher of History to join our supportive and well-established History Department. You will work alongside experienced colleagues to deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with potential for KS5) and contribute to a positive and effective learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging History lessons within a well-structured curriculum.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
* Contribute to the collaborative development of teaching resources and schemes of work.
* Assess student progress and share effective strategies within the department.
* Participate fully in departmental meetings, planning, and extracurricular activities.
