A Lewishan Secondary School is seeking a talented and enthusiastic History Teacher to join their Ofsted 'Outstanding' school.
This position is perfect for a History Teacher / History ECT looking to progress their career in a supportive and vibrant environment where you will have the ability to flourish and make a positive impact on the learning outcomes of our students.

History Teacher - Job Description:
Inner London Scale, MPS1-UPS3 £38,766 - £60,092
Delivering high-quality History lessons to Key Stage 3&4 students (with the option to teach KS5).
Planning, preparing and organizing lessons to ensure effective delivery of syllabus content.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to develop the subject curriculum and resources.
Developing the student's subject knowledge and understanding of key concepts through using a range of teaching strategies.History Teacher - Person Specification:
Qualified teacher status - Essential
Ability to teach History from Key Stage 3&4.
Knowledge of effective teaching methods and approaches to ensure student progress.
Enthusiastic, committed and able to inspire students.
Passionate about student progress and achievement.
Experienced teacher and ECTs encouragedHistory Teacher - School Description:
Rated Ofsted 'Outstanding'.
Incredibly supportive teaching environment.
