HLTA (High Level Teaching Assistant) - SEPTEMBER 2025
Destination Education have a fantastic opportunity for a HLTA in a friendly Primary School located in the heart of Redbridge. You would be joining a team of educators who place a strong emphasis on a caring and inclusive ethos that results in students achieving exceptionally well.

About you, and the role as a HLTA:
You must have a Bachelors Degree in Education or the equivalent HLTA certifications to be eligible for this role.
You will be working with various age groups and teaching mulitple subjects, requiring adaptability and the ability to follow different curricula including, art, music, and PE.
You will be able to collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff to ensure students receive a high-quality education that meets their needs.
Strong understanding of the curriculum and ability to deliver engaging lessons
Be able to follow lesson plans and instruction from the classroom teacher whenever required.
