Higher Level Teaching Assistant (KS2)
Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire
Salary: £25,183 - £28,624 (H4/H5 dependent on experience)
Working Hours: Full time, 08:30 - 15:30
Start Date: ASAP or September
Contract Type: Temporary or Permanent
Are you a dedicated and experienced HLTA looking for your next rewarding role in a thriving primary school? A vibrant and welcoming school in Stevenage, Hertfordshire is currently looking to appoint a passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support their Key Stage 2 team.

Deliver engaging and well-planned lessons during PPA cover and short-term teacher absence, primarily in Key Stage 2.
Plan and run targeted intervention sessions for individuals and small groups to support academic progress.
Collaborate closely with class teachers to tailor support for a variety of learning needs.
Take part in lunchtime duties and contribute to the wider life of the school.
Be flexible, proactive, and enthusiastic in supporting pupils' academic and social development.The ideal candidate will have solid classroom experience and be looking to progress further in their career within education. This is a perfect stepping stone for aspiring teachers or experienced support staff wanting a new challenge.
