Are you a confident and experienced HLTA ready for your next long-term opportunity?
We're working with a welcoming and well-organised primary school just outside of Colchester, seeking a skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant to deliver PPA cover across EYFS to Year 6. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and is confident working across all year groups.
The Role:
Delivering pre-planned lessons across the full primary age range
Supporting learning and managing classroom behaviour
Collaborating with class teachers and wider school team
Providing consistency and continuity for pupils during teacher PPA time
What We're Looking For:
HLTA qualification or significant classroom experience at HLTA level
Confident in leading whole class sessions
Flexible and proactive approach
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
This is a full-time, long-term role starting ASAP, offered at a competitive daily rate in line with your experience.
