Salary: £95 - £115 per day (depending on experience)

A well-regarded primary school in Clacton is seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis from September 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and capable individual who is ready to play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
Leading small group and 1:1 interventions
Supporting pupils' academic and emotional development
Collaborating with teachers and support staff to monitor and assess pupil progress
Contributing to a positive and inclusive classroom environmentWho We're Looking For:
A qualified HLTA or experienced TA confident in covering classes
Someone with excellent classroom management and communication skills
A flexible and proactive individual able to support across key stages
A clear understanding of safeguarding procedures (enhanced DBS required)What the School Offers:
