Are you a Level 4 qualified HLTA seeking for a position in a Primary School based in Wandsworth?
Higher Level Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with year 4 class teacher to provide tailored support to students with special needs. Your responsibilities will include:
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
Plan, prepare, and deliver learning activities under the direction of a teacher.
Teach classes independently, cover planned absences, and allow teachers time to plan and mark.
Observing and assessing children's progress and maintaining accurate records.
Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Level 4 qualification in Higher Level Teaching Assistant
Have specialist skills/training in a curriculum
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
