📍 Bradford Area | ⏳ FTC 6 months
£52,000 FTC
Are you an experienced Housing Manager with a strong understanding of Assured Shorthold Tenancies? Do you have the expertise to navigate accelerated possession proceedings and represent cases in court? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you.
We’re recruiting for an interim Housing Manager to join a respected housing association in the Bradford area. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing a Housing Officer and leading on possession cases, ensuring properties are recovered efficiently through the correct legal channels.
What You’ll Bring:
✔ Proven experience managing housing services within a social housing or local authority setting
✔ Strong knowledge of Assured Shorthold Tenancies (ASTs) and possession proceedings
✔ Confidence in attending court and handling accelerated possession cases
✔ Ability to lead and support a Housing Officer, ensuring effective case management
