TITLE: HR Administrator JOB REF: 11128 EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent LOCATION: Loughborough SALARY: £26,000 per annum HOURS: Mon to Thurs 9am – 5.15pm, Fri 9am – 3.45pm (hybrid working) JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an experienced Administrator to support their busy HR Team. This is a fantastic role where you will be responsible for providing confidential HR & Safeguarding support. This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator who is looking to work in wonderful offices in a great supportive team environment. Role profile: * Providing recruitment support; advertising roles, chasing references, preparing interview information. * Processing new starters and collating right to work information. * Preparing offer letters, contracts of employment & induction packs. * All administration relating to performance reviews and changes to contracts and company benefits. * Co-ordinating all training and development activities. * Supporting HR Director with project work. * Ensuring financial transactions are logged accurately. * Manage HR databases and keep accurate records. * Log safeguarding incident reports. * Ad-hoc reception cover; manage main inbox and greet visitors. Essential Experience: * Prior experience within a busy Administrative role. * HR or recruitment experience would be advantageous. * Experience in MS Office packages * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work to tight deadlines.
