HR ADMINISTRATOR - WELL-ESTABLISHED PREMIUM COMPANY - BASED IN POOLE - SALARY UP TO £29,000 - PERMANENT POSITION - OFFICE BASED WITH REQUIREMENT TO COMMUTE BETWEEN SITES Carlton Young specialise in the recruitment of Accountancy, Finance & HR professionals. Set up utilising the skills of a highly experienced recruiter and a fully qualified chartered accountant, we have the recruitment skills and industry know-how to be able to bring applicants and businesses together, helping business thrive and improving lives. We are working with an established company with several venues primarily based in Poole. The company needs a HR Administrator to strengthen their HR team, responsible of circa 300 employees across multiple sites. Your responsibilities would be the following: * Processing new employees for the company, which includes sorting out all starter and induction paperwork * Manage e-mails, responding in a timely and professional manner * Complete all on-line and system requirements relating to HR requirements * Provide HR support and administration duties to the team * Order required stock for the business * Organising and booking training courses for people in the business * Support the management with any requirements The company offer customers a highly premium product and service, with a strong focus on service. All members of the business have to have a high-level of presentation and could be required to meet senior business and high net worth individuals, so the company require someone with excellent attention to detail and presentation. As expected within HR roles, you will have a high level of confidentiality and discretion, the company require someone with: * Experience within an HR or service environment * The ability to carry out instruction and work on their own initiative * have strong communication skills both verbal and written * Ambition to grow and develop into the role In return for your service and commitment, the company are offering a 40-hour per week contract with a starting salary up to £29,000 with addition benefits that incude: • Health Cash Plan • Employee Benefits scheme • Car Benefit Scheme • Pension scheme • Life Assurance • 30 Day Holiday (inc Bank Holiday) • Career growth If this position is of interest, please send through a current CV for consideration.
