Coaching line managers to build capability and promote ownership for managing their people and embedding a leadership framework. Advising and supporting on Employee Relations cases including attendance at hearings as appropriate. Supporting our reporting process ensuring that data is collated, accurate and provided on time. Working alongside our resourcing team to support with all recruitment related activities Ensuring absence management is monitored in detail, agreeing plans to improve with line managers and supporting delivery. Driving the business performance in relation to the organisation’s objectives Implementing new HR initiatives and working on various HR projects. Developing and maintaining excellent relations with our recognised trade union. Requirements for HR Advisor Role: To be successful in this role you should be a self-starting and independent professional with strong collaboration skills, be skilled in gaining buy-in and support from stakeholders at all levels and be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Whilst a CIPD L5 qualification would be advantageous it is not essential. Proven experience as an HR Assistant, HR Advisor or similar role is required
