We’re searching for a high-energy, proactive HR Consultant to join their expert team and make a real difference!

🔥 Driving game-changing HR strategies to boost performance and business growth 🤝 Building strong, lasting relationships as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders 📊 Managing the entire People lifecycle – from recruitment to succession planning ⚖ Providing expert employee relations guidance, coaching managers through tricky cases 📑 Ensuring compliance with employment law, policies, and regulatory standards 📈 Harnessing HR metrics and data insights to shape key business decisions 🚀 Supporting transformational OD initiatives alongside the Head of HR 💡 Handling disciplinary cases, grievances & flexible working applications with confidence 🔍 Conducting fair and thorough investigations when required
✅ What We’re Looking For ✅
✔ CIPD Level 5 qualification (Level 7 preferred) ✔ 5-10 years’ experience in a similar role (Bonus: Medical, Manufacturing, or SME experience) ✔ Proven success as a Senior HR Generalist ✔ Deep knowledge of employment law & best practices ✔ Full driving license & access to a vehicle for client visits ✔ A strategic mindset, with proactive problem-solving skills ✔ Confident in conflict resolution, influencing & using data for HR decisions ✔ Ability to work autonomously, while collaborating with a fast-moving team
