Description
As a HR Operations Manager:
Leading and supporting a team of HR Advisors and Administrators to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of core HR services.
Providing expert guidance on contracts, terms and conditions, and employment policies.
Overseeing payroll-related HR administration and ensuring compliance with legislation and audit requirements.
Acting as the point of expertise for right to work checks, immigration processes, and UKVI compliance.
Working closely with HR colleagues to support organisational reporting (e.g. HESA), Freedom of Information and Subject Access Requests.
Driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Supporting strategic HR projects and contributing to the ongoing development of policies, systems, and training.Profile
Proven experience managing HR operations or shared services in a complex organisation.
Strong working knowledge of employment law, payroll processes, right to work and immigration compliance.
Excellent leadership and team development skills.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Confidence in working with stakeholders across multiple departments, and representing HR in cross-functional settings.Job Offer
