Job Description
IMH are looking for a reliable HR Project Leader for our client based in Rotherham
Job Overview
The HR Project Lead will evaluate, develop and implement improvement opportunities and a programme of significant change relating to workforce practice.
The post holder will have a background in, and strong focus on, both project and large-scale change management and a good understanding of regulatory changes and employment legislation to guide the service through a period of significant change. Actively managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure time defined service objectives are achieved.
Duties
* Lead on a comprehensive review of the HR service, identifying strengths and opportunities for improvement with the current service delivery model.
* Produce high-quality high-level reports and presentations for multiple audiences
* Lead on implementing and managing large-scale change within the HR Service
* Develop a thorough understanding of employment legislation, regulation, compliance and any upcoming factors that may impact on future service delivery.
* Working to develop and implement a sustainable delivery model to ensure effective, compliant and efficient delivery of the repairs and maintenance service.
Requirements
* Level 7 qualification e.g Post Graduate Certificate and Diplomas with a considerable breadth of knowledge across the relevant areas.
* Significant experience implementing change in a multidisciplinary environment.
* Experience in HR project management.
* Extensive project management experience and demonstratable skills/qualifications.
* Experience of producing high-level reports and presentations aimed at a senior or political audience.
* Understanding of employment legislation, and how this will shape the future landscape of the Council’s HR delivery model.
Hours & Pay:
* 37 Hours per week
* Monday - Friday (8am-4pm or 9am-5pm usually but, hours will be confirmed at interview stage)
* £17.79 Per hour
* Opportunity to work hybrid once training has been completed.
