HVAC Supervisor/Lead Engineer (Heat Pumps & MVHR)
Location: West London
Our client, a leading HVAC contractor in West London, specialising in sustainable heating and ventilation systems, is looking for a hands-on HVAC Supervisor to lead a small team of engineers delivering fault-finding, commissioning and service work on heat pumps and MVHR systems across domestic and commercial sites.
This hybrid role combines on-site technical work and office-based planning and coordination.
The successful HVAC Supervisor/Lead Engineer will be:
HVAC Supervisor will lead and mentor engineers on retrofit and new build projects.
HVAC Supervisor will act as a technical lead for diagnostics and commissioning.
HVAC Supervisor will manage job allocation, site support and scheduling.
HVAC Supervisor will work both on the tools and in the office when needed.
HVAC Supervisor will ensure service quality and compliance with F-Gas and H&S Standards.To qualify for this position as an HVAC Supervisor/Lead Engineer, you will need:
HVAC Supervisor will need a valid F-Gas Category 1.
HVAC Supervisor will need a strong background in domestic and commercial HVAC service and maintenance, including heat pumps and MVHR.
HVAC Supervisor will need previous supervisor or lead engineer experience.
HVAC Supervisor will need a full UK Driving License.HVAC Supervisor/Lead Engineer: Will be paid £(phone number removed) basic DOE + Overtime + Van + Fuel Card + Pension + Career Progression.
