Job Description
Our client, a prominent company in the water sector, is currently seeking a Senior/Principal Wastewater Hydraulic Modeller to join their team on a contract basis. This fully remote role involves working on significant wastewater infrastructure projects and offers an opportunity to start as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing hydraulic models for wastewater infrastructure projects
Utilising Infoworks ICM to create and refine models
Conducting detailed analysis and interpretation of modelling results
Collaborating with project teams to provide hydraulic modelling expertise
Preparing technical reports and presentations based on modelling outcomes
Ensuring modelling outputs meet project specifications and standards
Providing technical leadership and guidance to junior modellers
Managing project timelines and deliverables effectively
Job Requirements:
Significant experience in hydraulic modelling, specifically in wastewater projects
Strong proficiency in using Infoworks ICM software
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement complex hydraulic models
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong report writing and presentation abilities
Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
Effective communication and collaboration skills
