Are you an experienced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) professional looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a skilled and qualified ILS Manager to join our clients growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to high-impact defence and engineering programmes while working in a flexible, hybrid environment.
About the Role
As an ILS Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of comprehensive ILS strategies across complex projects. You will be responsible for the development and execution of ILS Plans, ensuring they align with project and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage ILS strategies, plans, and associated artefacts.
Coordinate and oversee all elements of ILS, including supportability analysis, maintenance planning, and supply support.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of ILS deliverables.
Provide subject matter expertise to project teams throughout the lifecycle of the programme.Requirements:
Experience in a ILS management role
Strong knowledge across all ILS disciplines and associated deliverables.
Demonstrable experience in writing and managing ILS plans and artefacts.
Relevant ILS qualifications.
Flexibility to work both remotely and onsite across various UK locations as needed.Job Title: ILS Manager
