Import Merchandiser
Location: Leeds area (Fully Office Based)
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 + 2.5% Annual Bonus
Hours: Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM

The Role:
We are looking for a highly organised Import Merchandiser to join a dynamic and growing team within the retail industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, logistics, and supply chain operations while being part of a fun, creative, and fast-moving company.
What You'll Be Doing:
Liaising with UK and overseas suppliers and placing and tracking orders with UK and international factories.
Monitoring stock levels across warehouses and optimising transfers to ensure availability of key lines.
Coordinating stock shipments from the Far East to warehouses in the UK
Maintaining and updating the critical path for new product ranges and ensuring key dates and deadlines are updated
Creating and managing shipping documentation, including carton marking requirements.
Managing product information on internal systems and ensuring accuracy of data
What We're Looking For:
Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
Advanced Excel skills - you should be confident in manipulating and interpreting data.
Experience of Power BI would be an advantage
A logical and methodical approach to work, with excellent organisational skills.
Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy
A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of responsibilities
