This school is looking for a dedicated Individual Needs Assistant to join their team and provide tailored support to pupils with additional learning, emotional, or behavioural needs. About the Role – What You’ll Be Doing: As an Individual Needs Assistant, you will be providing 1:1 and small group support to children who need extra help with their learning, emotional regulation, and social development. You will be instrumental in helping pupils overcome barriers to learning, ensuring they feel safe, confident, and included in all activities. You’ll work closely with teachers and other staff to implement personalised support plans and ensure pupils make progress both academically and emotionally.
