Job Description
One of my long standing clients based in the East Midlands is looking for an Estates Consultant on an interim basis for an initial 6 months.
Responsibilities:
Landlord and tenant issues, including rent reviews, lease renewals, rent arrears, new lettings
General estates management
Development of new clients within the Midlands
Be the go to person for the Midlands and begin to build a team from scratch.You must be MRICS for this role, however it isn't essential to be a Registered Valuer.
It is important that you have prior experience within Estates Management, and asset valuations ideally in a Local Authority setting, however this isn't essential
You would be working in the office for 2-3 day per week and working remotely for the rest of the week. The employer is open to either part time or full time for the right candidate.
