A council in Sussex is looking for a chartered surveyor to work on their industrial portfolio.
After a valued member of the team retired, it hasn't had the luxury of being kept up to date, so you will mostly be focusing on the rents and leases.
The team consists of only 2 people, so if you want to work somewhere where your work will be recognised, look no further.
The closer you live to Sussex the better as you need to be in the office twice a week.
Council experience is a MUST for this one.
£400 – 450 a day.
