Description
Lead on total reward project for hte organisation, encompassing pay, reward and benefits
Lead on 2025 pay review
Monitor external trends, research, complete benchmarking and analysis
Stakeholder management, providing advice, guidance and recommendations
Provide technical reward advice and expertise
Manage budgetary constraints and deadlines for Reward project Profile
Proven track record operating in Reward roles
Able to commute to an office 1-2 days per week in London or Birmingham
Solid experience working with senior leaders, able to influence and coach
Can adapt their style
Strong subject matter expertise Job Offer
