We're thrilled to be partnering with a unique and well-established business on an exciting interim opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner. This 6 month assignment offers a dynamic split-location arrangement: you'll spend two weeks each month in the beautiful Channel Islands (Guernsey), with the ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐๐ถ๐บ๐ฒ ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ on ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐ถ๐ป ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐. Travel and accommodation costs are fully covered.

We're looking for a commercially focused, forward-thinking Senior HRBP who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a proven background in ๐ต๐ผ๐๐ฝ๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐๐, ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ฎ๐ถ๐น, ๐น๐ฒ๐ถ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ, ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ณ๐ผ๐ผ๐ฑ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ ๐ถ๐ป๐ฑ๐๐๐๐ฟ๐-๐๐ต๐ถ๐ป๐ธ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐๐ฎ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ป๐๐, ๐ฝ๐๐ฏ๐, ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐, ๐ต๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐น๐.This industry experience is essential, as you'll need to understand the operational landscape and challenges your stakeholders face.
In this role, you will play a critical part in leading transformational change projects. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will be instrumental in designing and delivering organisational change initiatives aimed at aligning the people strategy with future business needs. This will include overseeing restructures, managing organisational redesigns, and supporting business-wide cultural change. Naturally, with change comes complexity; you will also be heavily involved in managing the resulting employee relations (ER) matters, including consultations, employee engagement, and risk mitigation strategies.
You will lead and influence at a strategic level, shaping the people agenda across the Channel Islands operation. While you will oversee and mentor a small team of HR Managers, your primary focus will be on building and embedding a robust long-term people strategy, driving engagement, improving workforce capability through strategic workforce planning, and developing leadership and talent pipelines across a multi-site, customer-facing environment.
