Job Description
I am currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Coordinator to work for a fantastic organisation based just south of St Neots. They’re looking for someone who has experience working in a sales and customer service environment and is a real people person. This role can be based from Cambridge or St Neots.
Working hours: 7am-5pm + excellent benefits
Typical duties would include:
* Responding to customers, via phone, email and webchat
* Handling incoming calls and providing support to customers where required
* Processing orders and returns
* Liaising with all departments daily, from warehouse to finance to ensure an excellent customer experience
* Making sure the internal system is up to date with customer activity
The successful candidate:
* Previous experience within a fast-paced customer service/sales support environment
* Able to work to deadlines and manage priorities
* A high level of attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Proficient IT skills with Outlook, Word & Excel
