Job Description
Alma Personnel are pleased to be working with their Sutton Coldfield based client to recruit for an Internal Sales Executive to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
This role will require you to make outbound calls to customers on a daily basis, this will be warm calling as there is NO COLD CALLING involved.
Main duties of the Internal Sales Executive role include:
* Liaising with customers on a daily basis and maintaining strong relationships
* Following up leads and generating new business
* Handle customer enquiries and follow up
* Following up on quotes with the view to close sales
* Update the CRM system accordingly
The ideal candidate will:
* Have previous experience within a Sales Support role
* Be confident in talking to customers on the phone, so you must be happy to pick up the phone and make outbound calls
* Have excellent IT skills
The company offer excellent progression opportunities for the right person.
It is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday.
