Job Description
Job Title: IT Bid Assistant
Location: Leeds (Hybrid)
We are looking for an IT Bid Assistant to support IT aspects of client requests for information.
In this role, you will provide responses to client questionnaires and bid documents from an information security and IT perspective. Your responsibilities will include reviewing client requirements, ensuring technical IT responses are accurately submitted, highlighting risks and exceptions, and maintaining the Information Security & IT response template. You will also support the IT and Information Security teams with other tasks as needed.
We're looking for someone with:
Experience reviewing various documents such as contracts, RFIs, policies, handbooks, and questionnaires
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Confidence in dealing with stakeholders at all levels and explaining technical concepts clearly
