About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Incident, Problem, Change, and Demand Manager to join our dynamic global IT team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, reliability, and efficiency of our IT services through the effective management of key ITIL processes. You will play a crucial part in minimizing disruption, identifying root causes, implementing lasting solutions, and proactively managing demand to support the business needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and passionate individual with a broad understanding of enterprise IT to make a significant impact within a global organization.

Requirements
* Several years of experience working within an enterprise IT environment.
* Broad IT knowledge and understanding across various domains, including: IT Infrastructure (servers, networking, storage, cloud technologies)/ Applications (enterprise applications, web applications, databases)/ Cyber Security (security principles, awareness of common threats)/ Sites/Offices (IT support for physical locations) /Other common IT components and services.
* ITIL Foundation certification is essential.
* Proven experience in managing Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes. Experience with Demand Management is a significant advantage.
* Demonstrable experience working effectively as part of a global team spanning multiple geographies.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently1 and as part of a team.
* Proficient in2 using IT service management (ITSM) tools.
* Must be proactive, passionate, well-energized, and resilient in the face of adversity and challenges.
