Job Description
Our client is a fast growth tech company providing IT & Comms technology to small and medium businesses throughout the UK.
This role will suit an enthusiastic customer service focused individual with previous experience wortking within the ICT sector preferably in a 2nd line role. You will be troubleshooting and maintaining IT systems onsite for clients. When not onsite with clients you will assist the IT Helpdesk.
Main duties:
* Attend customer sites to diagnose and repair services
* Perform routine maintenance on hardware, software and networks
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues
* Install and configure software applications and operating systems
* Provide technical support to users
Experience required:
* Have an ICT background with 2nd Line experience
* Practical knowledge of being onsite supporting customers
* Full driving license (use of pool vehicles)
* The ability to work quickly, calmly and accurately under pressure
This is an excellent opportunity to join an extremely fast growth technology company with a nationwide presence. This role is Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm and does NOT offer hybrid or remote working.
