The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Joinery Workshop Supervisor to support the Workshop Manager and lead a small team in delivering high-quality, bespoke joinery. This dynamic role blends design, machine operation, procurement, and team supervision, offering an exciting opportunity to be involved in all stages of production.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee CNC, beam saw, and edgebander operations
* Manage procurement, scheduling, and health & safety
* Estimate, negotiate, and plan project workflows
* Maintain quality control throughout production
* Support joinery assembly, finishing, and logistics
* Lead and mentor operatives, ensuring efficient output
What You’ll Need
* Proven joinery experience (design & production)
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* A proactive, can-do attitude and eye for detail
* Leadership experience in a workshop environment
