About Us
VitoEnergy is a technically led heating and renewables company helping homeowners and
commercial clients transition to low carbon energy systems the right way. We install
high-performance heat pumps, solar panels, batteries, and EV chargers — all designed to work
together to reduce emissions without compromising on comfort or efficiency. Our team includes
experienced engineers, designers, and consultants, and we’re known for doing things properly
— no shortcuts, no pushy selling.
The Role
We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for smart, sustainable home energy. This
could be an experienced consultant ready to hit the ground running, or a motivated individual at
the start of their career in energy or engineering, looking to learn and grow.
Your role will include:
● Responding to inbound enquiries and guiding customers through their low carbon
journey
● Gathering key information from homeowners to assess needs and opportunities
● Carrying out remote and in-person heat loss surveys using industry-leading software
● Preparing and processing estimates through our online portal
● Recommending the right mix of heat pumps, solar PV, batteries, and supporting tech
● Explaining the pros and cons of different solutions, including renewable vs fossil fuels
● Discussing system timeframes, installation impacts, and equipment options with clarity
● Liaising with customers, internal teams, and our wider network of UK partners
What We’re Looking For
This role could suit:
● A trainee with a college or university background in building services, engineering,
sustainability, or renewables — ready to learn
● Or someone with experience in domestic heating, energy consultancy, or technical sales
looking for a meaningful next step
Skills & Traits We Value:
● Strong communication and attention to detail
● A natural problem solver with a practical mindset
● Comfortable with basic building science and keen to learn more
● Good grasp of technology
● Organised, trustworthy, and good with people
Location & Travel:
Based at our Camberley (Mytchett) office, with travel to local customer sites (within approx. 1
hour). Hybrid work may be available after probation depending on workload and collaboration
needs.
