Job Title: Finance Business Partner – Billing, Margin Reporting & Business Partnering
Location: Capel St Office (Hybrid)
Reports To: Finance Manager
Department: Finance
Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team. This role will play a key part in supporting accurate billing processes, preparing margin and profitability reports, and acting as a finance business partner to our Security department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in accounting principles, be analytical, and able to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Billing & Revenue Support
* Prepare and issue client invoices in accordance with contract terms and billing schedules
* Monitor billing timelines to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
* Reconcile billing data and resolve discrepancies in coordination with sales and operations teams
* Maintain billing records and support month-end revenue recognition processes
Margin Reporting & Analysis
* Assist in preparing regular margin and profitability reports
* Support variance analysis between actual and expected margins
* Help identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting profitability
* Collaborate with admin or operations to ensure accurate cost allocations
Business Partnering
* Act as the finance representative for Security department
* Provide financial insights to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
* Assist department leads in understanding financial performance and cost drivers
* Support ad hoc analysis and reporting needs from the business
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
* 1–2 years of accounting or finance experience, ideally in billing or financial reporting
* Strong Excel skills; experience with accounting/ERP systems a plus
* Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Salary: €35k-€45k based on experienceBefore You Apply
