About the Role:
Join a growing and dynamic team as a Junior Maintenance Technician, where you'll be responsible for maintaining key equipment and supporting day-to-day operations. Who We're Looking For:
A junior-level candidate with an interest in maintenance and a strong desire to learn.
Previous experience with welding, pipe repairs, or basic electrical work is a plus but not required.
A hands-on, problem-solving attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance of Key Equipment: Assist with the maintenance of critical systems, including gas boilers and engines.
General Maintenance: Support the upkeep of the facility and general infrastructure.
Hands-On Work: Perform basic electrical tasks, welding, and pipe repairs.
Facility Support: Ensure all buildings and infrastructure are kept in good condition.What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per year.
Training and development opportunities to help you grow in the role.
Five-day workweek, with working hours from 08:00 - 16:00 in winter and 05:00 - 14:00 in summer.
