We are offering the chance for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our clients exceptional, multi-rosette winning kitchen, in the pursuit of excellence and high-end service in the historic town of Stamford in Lincolnshire

* Experience in a Sous position previously in a fine dining environment.
* A calm and confident manner being friendly and polite.
* To be able to train, mentor, demonstrate techniques and give praise to all our junior Chefs whenever possible. They are a high functioning and professional Kitchen where everyone works together and have a common goal, the atmosphere is very special!
* Impeccable cleanliness and hygiene.
