A key accounts role responsible for managing and winning supply chain agreements with Tier 1 & Tier 2 Contractors. With the focus on education, healthcare and remediation cladding projects across Southern England. Package: £55k-£65k basic with a 20%+ uncapped OTE (paid quarterly with over-riders). Hybrid company car, laptop, mobile, pension & 24 day's holiday Territory: London and the South East, South Central and South West Products: Decorative cladding and external facades + a suite of other building materials Customers: Tier 1 and Tier 2 Contractors The Role – Key Account Manager: * The focus of the role is to increase sales and commitment from Tier 1 & Tier 2 Contractors * You will inherit three main contractors to account manage and develop, whilst equally expected to identify and win new agreements * The key target sectors being education, healthcare and remediation cladding, but not exclusively * Working at head office level to secure supply chain agreements, develop a pipeline and then work with the ASM’s who will track and win the individual projects * Driving business from the top down, networking, attending events, tracking and managing rebates and account spend, and ensuring supply chain agreements are being adhered to The Successful Applicant - Key Account Manager: * You must have experience of working with Tier 1 Contractors at head office level * Able to confidently maintain existing supply chain agreements, whilst winning and setting up new ones * My client is open to what side of the construction industry your experience has been gained, just as long as you tick the first two bullet points! * You will possess first class presentation & communication skills, with great energy and an entrepreneurial go-getting attitude Out Client: * A leading and long established manufacturer of building materials * A global £b player operating across all continents * With exciting plans for growth, offering scope for progression * This a role that you can grow and make your own, and recruit a small team around you Apply Now!
