About the Role:
• Provide 1:1 academic and language support to a Key Stage 1 pupil with EAL needs

• Collaborate with class teachers and the SENCO to track progress and adjust strategies
• Promote confidence, communication, and independence in a nurturing environment
About You:
• Prior experience working with EAL students in a school setting is essential
• A sound understanding of KS1 curriculum and phonics-based approaches
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, patient, and adaptable in supporting learning needs
