Have QTS
Have experience as a key stage 2 teacher
Have high expectations of themselves as a key stage 2 teacher, and of course, of their students
Be able to recognise and harness the strengths, interests, creativity and talents of each individual child
Be able to promote the highest possible standards of achievement for all children and encourage them to be resilient learners, who do not shy away from a challenge
Be able to encourage children to be enthusiastic, confident and successful learners for who are intrinsically motivated to learn
