Dunbar Education is working in partnership with a supportive and forward-thinking primary school in Milton Keynes, currently seeking a full-time, permanent KS1 Teacher to join their team from September 2025.
The Headteacher is open and flexible regarding the specific year group, and will work with the successful candidate to ensure the best fit based on experience and strengths.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality teaching in Key Stage 1
Plan, prepare and assess engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
Candidate Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply
A strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum
Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills
A reflective and adaptable teaching approach
