Are you an enthusiastic and experienced Primary Teacher seeking an exciting opportunity in a supportive primary school in Blackburn? Tradewind is partnering with a welcoming school to recruit a dedicated KS1 Teacher to join them ASAP until the end of the academic year. In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to Key Stage 1 pupils, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. You will plan and prepare high-quality teaching materials, assess pupil progress, and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for all children. Your passion for KS1 education and your ability to inspire young learners will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to Key Stage 1 pupils in line with the national curriculum. Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and positive behaviour. Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and setting challenging targets. Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and other support staff. Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding pupil progress and well-being. Contribute to the wider school life and ethos. Keep up-to-date with current educational trends and best practice in KS1. Maintain accurate records of pupil attainment and progress.
