Y1 ECT required for September 2025 for a one year fixed contract possible going forward for a second year
A small village primary school with a caring and welcoming family ethos are looking for a new KS1 team member for September. Pupils, staff, governors, parents and the school community work incredibly hard and have high expectations of each other. Children’s social and spiritual development are nurtured by the caring relationships experienced throughout the school community.
They are passionate about promoting and safeguarding the welfare of all of their children and are committed to providing a happy, safe and welcoming atmosphere in which we can nurture the achievements of every child.
They are seeking a passionate and dedicated ECT who:
* Is an excellent teaching practitioner or at the early stages of their teaching career, aspiring to excellence
* Believes in a wide, creative, engaging curriculum
* Finds and develops the potential in all children, empowering all to flourish
* Plans and delivers exciting, motivating, and engaging lessons
* Is committed to raising standards and improving pupil progress
* Communicates effectively with pupils, parents, and members of staff
* Displays a professional attitude and remains calm under
* Is creative and flexible in their approach to meet the learning needs of all children
* Is committed to supporting the values and ethos of our Church school
* Enjoys working in a cheerful, conscientious, and supportive team
