KS2 Teacher

The Role:
As a KS2 Teacher, you will:
• Plan and deliver engaging, broad, and balanced lessons aligned with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages academic achievement and personal growth.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, tailoring your teaching to meet the individual needs of each child.
• Work collaboratively with year group colleagues and support staff to enhance teaching strategies and outcomes.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities, school events, and enrichment programmes.
What We’re Looking For:
• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential.
• Previous experience teaching in Key Stage 2 is preferred but not required—strong
ECTs are welcome to apply.
• Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for education.
• Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and a commitment to raising standards.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
