Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher with experience in Key Stage 2? We are looking for a Full-Time KS2 Teacher to join our school team for a maternity cover starting in September 2025. The Role:
As a Full-Time KS2 Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching one of the KS2 year groups (Year 3, 4, 5, or 6), ensuring that students receive a high-quality education tailored to their individual needs. You will be covering for a colleague on maternity leave, so we are looking for someone who can seamlessly step into the role, delivering engaging lessons and maintaining continuity for the class.
Key Responsibilities:

Planning and delivering lessons that are engaging, inclusive, and aligned with the National Curriculum.

Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing feedback and support to help them meet their learning goals.
*
Creating a positive and supportive classroom environment where all students feel valued and motivated to learn.

Supporting the emotional and social development of students, helping them navigate their educational journey with confidence.
*
Collaborating with other teachers and support staff to ensure consistent and high standards of teaching across KS2.
*
Communicating effectively with parents and carers to support students’ progress and well-being.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
*
Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, with a good understanding of the curriculum and student needs.

Strong classroom management skills and the ability to foster a positive learning environment.

The ability to differentiate lessons and support the diverse needs of students.
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*
A passionate and creative approach to teaching and a commitment to the academic, social, and emotional development of students.
