KS2 Teacher (Full Time)
Location: Lancaster
Salary: Paid to scale
Contract Type: Contract, Maternity Leave. 12 Months
Start Date: September 2025
Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher looking to inspire and support pupils in their final year of primary school? A primary school in Garstang is seeking an enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to join our supportive and friendly team.
The year group is currently TBC but will be in KS2.
About the Role:
As a teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons, support pupils and foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver creative and challenging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
Ensure pupils reach their full potential.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals.
Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Experience teaching in KS2
Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A commitment to fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
