Job Description:
We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Laser Operator to join our manufacturing team. You'll be responsible for operating CNC laser cutting machines to produce high-quality components to specification. This is a full-time, permanent position working rotating shifts.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate laser cutting machines according to engineering drawings and job specifications
*
Monitor machine performance, make adjustments as needed, and ensure consistent quality
*
Carry out basic maintenance and cleaning of machinery
*
Read and interpret technical drawings
*
Conduct quality checks and ensure parts meet required tolerances
*
Work safely and efficiently, following all company health and safety procedures
*
Record production data and report issues to the shift supervisor
Requirements:
*
Previous experience operating CNC laser machines (e.g. Bystronic, Trumpf, Amada etc.)
*
Ability to read and understand engineering/technical drawings
*
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
*
Flexible to work rotating shifts (6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm)
*
Good communication and teamwork skills
*
Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
