Due to expansion my client is seeking an ambitious and dedicated Physics Graduate to join their team in Surrey. You will be responsible for finding solutions and recommendations to the UK scientific research communities. You will:
* Provide technical support to all customers
* Assist clients with all enquiries via telephone and email
* Create and distribute quotations
* Support with the coordination of trade shows and conferences
* Carry out product demonstrations at trade shows and conferences
* Continuously research and upskill on the knowledge of all products
The ideal candidate will:
* Have a good understanding of Physics
* Be highly motivated
* Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Be able to work within a structured working environment
* Have a strong working knowledge on Microsoft office
* Eager to learn and develop on current skills
* Have the ability to identify customers’ problems, consult and search for a solution
* Have good time management skills
* Have strong project management skills
* Be a strong team player
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 – 17:30hrs.
