Job Description
We are currently recruiting for Late Shift MIG Welders to work for a our client based in Mildenhall. The role is a full time, temporary to permanent position and they’re looking for someone to start as soon as possible. Basic hours are 2pm – 10pm or 4pm – 2am, Monday to Friday.
Typical Duties Would Include:
* Perform MIG welding.
* Clean, prepare, and tack weld materials.
* Operate and maintain MIG welding equipment.
* Ensure welded joints meet quality standards.
* Adhere to welding health and safety regulations.
* Maintain a clean and safe welding area.
The Successful Candidate:
* Experience MIG welding.
* Proficient in reading welding blueprints.
* Strong understanding of welding safety.
* Good team-working and communication skills.
