About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Dental Nurse ready to take the next step or an experienced Lead Nurse seeking a fresh challenge. As Lead Dental Nurse, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our clinical areas, supporting the clinical team, and maintaining high standards of patient care and cross-infection control.
What We're Looking For:
Qualified and GDC registered Dental Nurse (essential)
Previous experience in a Lead Nurse or Senior Nurse role (preferred)
Excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills
A positive, team-focused attitudeKey Responsibilities:
Overseeing the nursing team and clinical areas
Implementing and maintaining infection control standards
Supporting the team with training and development
Managing stock and equipment
Assisting dentists and specialists chairside when neededWe Offer:
