Up to £50k + Van + Benefits
We’re looking for an experienced Lead Electrician to join a growing Commercial Facilities Management company based in London, covering sites in and around the M25. This is a hands-on role with added responsibility for overseeing a small team of electricians and ensuring the smooth delivery of planned and reactive maintenance works across a range of commercial properties.
Salary & Package:

Up to £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)

25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Company van with fuel card – personal use permitted

Key Responsibilities:
*
Lead a small team of electricians across multiple commercial sites
*
Carry out electrical PPMs, reactive maintenance, and minor project works
*
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards
*
Act as the main point of contact for electrical issues and team coordination
*
Support training and mentoring of junior staff
*
Provide excellent service to clients and maintain strong site relationships
Requirements:
*
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
*
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role
*
Strong knowledge of commercial building services
