Lead Maintenance Engineer - Electrical Bias

£42 - £45,000 per annum
We are recruiting for lead engineer to cover PPM and reactive maintenance, and manage a small on site maintenance team on a prestigious facility in the Derbyshire area area. This role is a permanent position working Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, with the requirement to join an on call rota so a driving licence is required.
The lead engineer will be responsible for:
Carry out hands on ppm and reactive maintenance on electrical and building services plant when required.
Must also be prepared to carry out fabric maintenance such as painting, basic plumbing, basic carpentry etc.
Supervision of specialist sub-contractors when working on site.
Review contractor RAMS and issue permits to work.
Ensure site compliance from both a contractual/KPI and a H&S perspective.
Provide technical advice and inspect works once carried out.
The ideal candidate will hold electrical qualifications (City and Guilds or NVQ), and a driving licence, as well as have previous experience in a similar role.
